July Lust List

Being that my birthday is slowly approaching, I have been doing a lot of online window shopping (and buying).  Many of the items from my July Lust List are items that I have on my birthday wish list.  

Express Blouse

Zara Skirt - Purchased

This skirt reminds me of the beautiful and intricately detailed skirts I've seen at AllSaints.  The sequin detailing is beautiful and all at a fraction of the price.

I'm totally sequin obsessed, so naturally I would gravitate towards a midi-length sequin covered skirt. Express carries a mini skirt with this same pattern (here), that I've loved for years but once I saw this midi skirt I was sold.

Aldo Heels

Aldo Heels - Purchased

I recently received these shoes and I have to say they are beautiful.  The shoes are made of a soft suede fabric and are nicely complimented by the shine from the silver beads on the strap.  These will be a beautiful addition to my closet.

Valentino Flats

Ever since I laid my eyes on the Valentino Rockstud collection, it was love at first sight.  I especially love these red flats since the studs are the same color as the shoe.  And it doesn't hurt that I've been obsessing over red lately.

Aldo Purse

This purse looks much more expensive than it is.  I love the texture of the purse.  It reminds me of pricier Saffiano leather purses.  And again it's red so I'm totally in love!

Calvin Klein Skirt

Burberry Boots

I purchased these boots in Fall after being caught in a downpour with only my umbrella, and having to take a 2 hour test with soaking wet pants.  It was like a scene straight out of a movie, only made more ridiculous since I happened to be the only unlucky one that got caught in the rain…haha!  These boots are truly beautiful and I'm so grateful I was able to finally get the rain boots I've always wanted.  A word of caution for anyone with short legs, these boots are a bit high at the back of the knee and tend to make walking up stairs slightly uncomfortable, which I am more than willing to put up with for such a fabulous pair of rain boots.

I'm obviously loving the red trend this month.  Accessorizing with pops of red is a great way to make a statement and bring life to any outfit.
