Workout Gear

I have always loved to workout.  Recently, I purchased a few new workout items and wanted to share some of my favorites.  I'm currently loving the Victoria's Secret Sports (VSX) line of exercise apparel.  VSX features several different styles of sports bras, ranging from extreme to light support.  Since my workouts largely consist of high intensity interval training (HIIT), I tend to purchase sports bras with medium and maximum support.

I also love the bottoms from the VSX line.  They typically make matching tops and bottoms so you can look coordinated and stylish while working hard. Since I am petite, I usually buy the crop style workout leggings because they fit me almost like a pant.

Lastly, I recently purchased an amazing pair of sneakers to complete my gym attire.  I am a certified shoe-a-holic and despite all of the shoes in my closet these Nikes are one of my favorite pairs that I own.  I get compliments and head turns every time I wear these to the gym.
